Pearl Lake Waterfront Vacation Cottage Seasonal Sites

We have a brand new development underway at Pearl Lake Beach. 148 new seasonal sites will go on the west side of the lake. Making up these beautiful seasonal sites will be waterfront sites with cantilevered decks, elevated sites with a gorgeous waterview, and elevated sandy beach front sites. In addition, a few select waterfront sites have their own personal beach access with a sandy slope right into the crystal clear lake from your personal courtyard area. Intended for these new sites are our Vacation Cottage Park Models. These Vacation Cottages are manufactured by General Coach and have customizable floor plans. The key setup to these is that they will be split units- Main house and Coach House- with a private courtyard in the middle. The design integrates the shed in the back to optimize aesthetics and convenience. The new development is underway and sites will be placed as purchased starting April 2024.
